This beautiful apartment has open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area is a bright space with big windows that let in a lot of sunlight, which brightens up the room. Here you will find a comfortable space with a work desk and a four-person dining table. There is also a balcony where you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the lovely city views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove and an oven.
The bedroom has two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well, and guests can access the outdoor balcony via the balcony doors.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. You also have a washing machine and a dryer, perfect if you want to do your laundry.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Workation in Porto
The flat itself is nice, good for workation. Wi-Fi is stable and it has an extra desk with an office chair. It is next to a big road but with windows closed it’s not noisy. Supermarket is just across the street and also a restaurant. Unfortunately , the ceiling in the shower was full with mold. The balcony was not clean and half of the chairs were broken, so we didn’t use it.
Appartement agréable, très bien équipé et bien situé. A moins de 10min du métro. Plein de commerces aux alentours, de quoi faire des courses ou même se restaurer. Nous avons passer un beau séjour à Porto !A noter : l'immeuble est en bord d'une route passante donc pensez aux boules Quies si jamais vous êtes sensible au bruit. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir !
Achtung bei diesem Appartement! Nicht nur, dass es direkt an einer 3-spurigen Straße liegt, neben einer Tankstelle, im 1. Stock, ohne Klimatisierung und eher dunkel ist, es roch auch sehr stark nach chemischen Reinigungsmitteln. Bei näherer Inspektion des Appartements stellte sich dann raus, dass im Bad starker Schimmelbefall wohl versucht wurde mit der chemischen Keule zu beseitigen. Wir haben sofort den Check-In verweigert und mit dem Vermieter - Guest Ready - über die FeWo Direkt App Kontakt aufgenommen. Dort wurde uns eine Alternative versprochen. Nachdem wir 2 Stunden lang dann keine Meldung mehr erhalten hatten, haben wir uns bei FeWo Direkt gemeldet. Dort wurde nach allen Regeln der Kunst versucht uns zu helfen - erreicht haben sie aber Guest Ready auch nicht. Wir sind dann notgedrungen Nachts in ein Hotel, haben natürlich das Doppelte bezahlt und ich habe Guest Ready aufgefordert mir den Betrag zurück zu erstatten für das Appartement. Jetzt: 5 Wochen später habe ich immer noch nichts von dem Vermieter gehört oder gelesen. Ich muss noch ergänzen: auf dem Balkon wohnte eine Taube, der ganze Balkon war deshalb stark verschmutzt inklusive der Sitzgelegenheiten, des Geländers und natürlich des Bodens. Und ich möchte noch ausdrücklich betonen, dass FeWo Direkt sich sehr korrekt verhalten hat. Die können nur auch nichts dafür. Deshalb meine ausdrückliche Warnung vor diesem Appartement und diesem Vermieter.
