Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a sophisticated open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable contemporary design sofa, a beautiful round dining table and a large TV, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing. The large windows allow wonderful natural light to fill the room throughout the day.

The kitchen, which stands out for its minimalist lines and discreet cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge and other high-end appliances elegantly built-in to assist you in your daily life.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, providing serene environments to rest. The first bedroom is very cosy and features an inviting double bed. The second bedroom is a spacious and refined suite, distinguished by its charming striped wallpaper, double bed, large wardrobes and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The apartment also has a second full service bathroom with marble finishes.

All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms are fully equipped with amenities including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This area is also, without a doubt, the gastronomic capital of the North: just a few blocks away, you will be seduced by the unmistakable aroma of traditional rotisseries on the streets, home to the best and most famous fresh fish and seafood restaurants in the country.

The great advantage of staying in this dynamic coastal area is its extraordinary proximity and ease of connection to the majestic Historic Centre of Porto. Thanks to the excellent public transport network just steps away (such as the Blue Line metro stations), you will enjoy a fast, direct and comfortable journey to the heart of the Invicta city. In no time, you can immerse yourself in the energy of Avenida dos Aliados, climb the Clérigos Tower, visit the iconic Lello Bookshop or stroll down the picturesque alleyways to the world-famous Ribeira. You will have the perfect privilege: experiencing the tourist intensity of Porto by day and falling asleep to the serenity of the Atlantic breeze at night.

In addition to being the ideal coastal base to explore Porto, this address is truly strategic for discovering the greatest treasures of Northern Portugal. With excellent road access and motorways just around the corner (A28 and A4), planning fantastic day trips is incredibly simple. In a short car journey, you can head north to marvel at the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia in Viana do Castelo, explore the imposing castle of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), discover the ancient charm of Braga, or head a little south to stroll through the romantic canals of Aveiro (known as the 'Venice of Portugal').

The property is located on Rua de Tomaz Ribeiro, in Matosinhos, an area well served by public transport. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car, making it one of the quickest accesses to an international airport in Portugal. Matosinhos Sul metro station (Red Line) is just a few minutes' walk away, with a direct connection to the airport and the centre of Porto. There are also several bus stops nearby, making getting around the city very easy and convenient.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
