A Note on Expectations:

While we aim to provide a comfortable stay, you may notice light ambient noise coming from neighbouring units and from the street, as the property has limited sound insulation and single-glazed windows. —it’s part of the lively urban atmosphere. Also, the room can feel cold during cooler weather. Beside that, some everyday signs of wear may be apparent, contributing to the authentic, lived-in charm of the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The location of this property is the perfect place for exploring Porto. This location is home to Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Mercado Bom Sucesso, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, and Ageas Porto Coliseum. Furthermore, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, such as Capa Negra II, "Abadia do Porto", Galeria De Paris, "bbgourmet" Porto, Hotel da Música, Mercure Porto Gaia Hotel, and Sabor "Atlantiko". For a quick coffee, there is Café Guarany. It's a great location to explore the city.

This location is just a 10-minute walk from Casa da Música station, 13 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis station, 2.1 km from São Bento station, 4.2 km from Campanha station, and 4.9 km from Vila Nova de Gaia station. This convenient location is perfect for exploring Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
