Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: Faria Guimarães.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2pm, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Be careful! We rented the room for two nights and it was not a good experience at all. First of all,

Be careful! We rented the room for two nights and it was not a good experience at all. First of all, the surprise arriving there and realizing that the photos on Booking and reality did not match, it's way darker and smaller, aside from not being clean. The bathroom was also dirty, especially the shower, with mold and black spots on the floor. If that wasn't enough, in the early afternoon of the second day, while we were resting, someone knocked loudly on the door and after we didn't answer (since we weren't expecting anyone) they proceeded to try to open the door, we don't know if they were picking the lock or if they had the key, but since it was locked and our key was in, they weren't able to open. Then, we heard the same thing happening at the apartment next door. We heard stories about that being linked to personal items being stolen at rentals, hopefully we were there and afterwards we didn't risk leaving valued items there when we weren't. We do not recommend this place.
