This stylish space is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A spacious dining table invites guests to share meals, while the charming balcony offers the perfect spot to soak up the sunlight and fresh air.

The open-concept kitchen is designed for convenience and connection, allowing guests to cook and chat effortlessly. It comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an oven, stove, and microwave, making it easy to prepare anything from quick bites to homemade feasts.

The first bedroom, separated by a sleek glass wall with a blind curtain for privacy, is thoughtfully decorated and features a cosy queen bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is equally inviting, offering a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe to keep belongings neatly tucked away.

The shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua Heróis de França, located in the heart of Matosinhos, is a must-visit destination for seafood lovers and those looking to experience the city’s vibrant maritime culture. This lively street is famous for its exceptional seafood restaurants, where visitors can savour freshly grilled sardines, octopus, and a variety of other delicacies straight from the Atlantic. The aroma of sizzling fish fills the air, creating an inviting atmosphere for locals and tourists. Just steps away, Matosinhos Beach offers golden sands and excellent conditions for surfing, making it a perfect spot to relax after a delicious meal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Brito Capelo, is just 550 meters away on foot and will take you to the center of Porto in about 15 minutes

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
