Within a building, this apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator/stairs.

With great sun exposure, this flat has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV with international channels, there is also a comfortable sofa that turns into a full size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There is heating/fans.

There is also a clothes washing machine.

There is one bedroom with two single beds.

Its fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to the main touristic spots in Oporto, like the iconic Lello Bookshop, the Clérigos Tower or even the river area. Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located downtown and so it can be a noisy area.

5 minutes walking distance to " Campo 24 de Agosto " metro station.
Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment.

It serves as a meeting point for locals and visitors alike and is surrounded by traditional cafes, restaurants like Casa Guedes and Gazela, and shops. The square is characterized by its charming architecture and vibrant energy, making it a popular destination for daytime outings and evening social gatherings. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
