The apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a TV with access to multiple streaming options, perfect for watching your favourite shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, as well as cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and ironing equipment to handle your laundry.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, along with a desk ideal for work or study.
The bathroom comes with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure a comfortable stay.

Just steps away from the famous Port wine cellars, scenic riverfront promenades, and the breathtaking views from the Dom Luís I Bridge, this area is perfect for travellers looking to explore local culture, cuisine, and history, all within walking distance.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Jardim do Morro (line D), is just a 6-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
