This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Worst stay ever

I arrived. The place was 6C the coldest night I ever spent I contacted and asked for heaters. It was three hours after I had checked in that one was given to me. I had to put it in my room to heat up that space and was very nervous about having a space heater so close to the bed because the room was so small. It was so cold. It was too cold to shower. Needless to say I would not stay there and I told them that the next day. They did nothing for me other than send somebody over to confirm there were three heaters in the space. However, they were not sufficient enough to heat for my stay. I would like and asked for a full refund to which they said they would not grant that. Once I’m finished my holiday, I will be pursuing this with VRBO to see if some action can be taken.
