The beach view is through a gap between some buildings. Construction is underway in that gap on a new building, so the view will be gone in a few months.
The apartment is 50-60 years old, and shows a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom tile was painted over and the paint is coming off. Needs a redo. It is a large space, room for four comfortably.
However, there is a lot of construction noise from the building construction right next door (literally the other side of the wall). Nothing at night, but at 0800 it starts, and can be very loud. If you’re staying around during the day don’t plan on quiet time.
