Renovated apartment in a historic and classified building in the city center of Porto. The apartment is cosy and with a nice decoration. Located in one of the most emblematic streets of Porto, Rua de Cedofeita. It is a traditional comercial street of this city and with a location of excellence where you can walk through the main arteries of the city on foot. Near of bars, shoppings, cafes, restaurants and cultural places.

Im Gesamten hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit in Porto. Die Kommunikation mit Tomás war gut und er ist all unseren Wünschen gerecht geworden. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, war sauber und hatte einen gute Ausstattung

Great location

As I had fractured my arm Thomas and his staff where extremely helpful with luggage and communication before check in .. great place for sightseeing bars restaurants all very short walking distance... lovely bed and linen plus all you need in the kitchen.. yes-it is noisy at night but did not really bother us .. I would suggest another fan as when balcony doors closed in hot weather like I had fan needed in lounge and bedroom.. saying that would not hesitate to stay in this lovely apartment again thank you

Great location for sightseeing in Porto

Clever design making the most use of the space. Everything we needed for our short stay. Luis and Joanna so helpful, full of useful information and helpful to have somewhere to put our bags when arriving early and leaving late.

Appartement agréable et spacieux (pour deux) pour un séjour au printemps ou en été. Literie confortable. Bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Petit guide pratique à l'arrivée. Hôtes sympathiques et réactifs. Petits bémols : Équipement de la cuisine succinct et surtout rue TRES bruyante la nuit (préparez vos bouchons d'oreilles).

Sehr gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden

Die Kommunikation mit Tomas lief schnell und problemlos. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr nett (2 Flaschen Wasser und 4 Kapseln Nespresso), sowie Tips zum Einkauf, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig und befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone. Restaurant und Bars sind um die Ecke. Zu Bushaltestellen sind es nur wenige 100 Meter, aber für Porto braucht man Busse eh nur, wenn man weiter weg will (z.B. ans Meer). Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional. Der Altbaucharakter ist erhalten. Geheizt wird im Winter mit einer elektrischen Heizung. Wir hatten super Wetter (immer so 15 Grad), nachts jedoch kalt (5 Grad). Aufenthalt von 27.12.18 bis 3.1.19. Wer eine funktionale Wohnung sucht, die gut und zentral gelegen ist, jedoch nicht all zu viel Luxus erwartet, macht nix verkehrt.

Great location. Well appointed.

The apartment is a good size for 2 and has a good view of the walkway. The tourist information provided by Tomas is excellent. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had all you needed. The grocery store is nearby and we cooked dinner the 3 nights we were there. There are bars in the walkway below the apartment that stay open until 4am so it was noisy at night but we did expect some of that given the location. We thoroughly enjoyed Porto and our stay at the apartment and would recommend it to friends!
