Idéal pour un séjour en couple

Même si immeuble architecture banale (années 1980) appartement spacieux, bien situé, rue calme (en dehors zone touristique). Métro Marques à moins de 10 mn à pieds. Centre historique à 15 mn en métro (station Bento) . Commerces et restaurants à proximité.Séjour de 4 nuits en Février 2020.

Boa localizacao proximo a metrô e fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos.. um.ponto negativo é que tivemos dificuldade em utilizar o chuveiro devido ao superaquecimento ou resfriamento da água o misturador de água não estava regulado.

The plumbing wasn’t working properly , the apartment is not too far from the center but it is located on the ugliest part of the City. The apartment needs some repairs and the cleaning supplies were dirty. Other than that for two nights is not a bad choice specially for the price.

O apartamento está no 3 andar sem elevador, portanto não é adequado para quem leva muitas bagagens. O sol bate toda a tarde, e como não tem ar condicionado, nem ao menos um ventilador e pouca circulação de ar no apartamento, fica muito quente para dormir a noite no verão, por isso é desconfortável.

El apartamento está muy bien. A tener en cuenta que es un tercero sin ascensor con escalera estrecha. El barrio tiene muchas casas y comercios en ruinas pero bueno le da un aire especial. El primer día estuvimos un poco preocupados pero luego agusto. Aparcamos por la noche en frente y ningún problema. 15m caminando al principio de la zona turística. De día es zona de pago hasta las 19h. Isabel la chica que nos recibió fue muy amable. Habla un poquito de castellano. Nos dejó su teléfono por si necesitabamos algo.

Aconchegante e ótima localização.

Flat com conforto e qualidade nos serviços prestados. Roupas de cama, mesa e banho bem cuidadas e novas. Localidade espetacular, próximo à tudo que necessita uma família. Agradável ambiente e de fácil localização. Ponto a melhorar é a comunicação com o hóspede, já que não tem uma portaria ou recepção no local.

Apartamento con muy buena relación calidad-precio

El apartamento está muy bien. Es pequeño, pero tiene hasta lavarropas, un pequeño balcón, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, cafetera Dolce gusto y otra para café molido... Tiene de todo realmente. Lo único que faltó fueron vasos y tazas, ya que éramos tres y solo había dos de cada cosa. El resto, muy bien. Puede faltar un poco de mantenimiento, pero en sí funciona todo. La cama es excelente y la ducha muy bien también. Está bastante cerca del centro, pero es difícil caminar en Oporto. Tiene metro cerca.

Praktisches Appartment in guter Lage

1. Abstimmung / Check-In / Check-Out Die Abstimmung für der Check-In verlief reibungslos und wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Eine Flasche Wasser inkl. Süßigkeiten waren auch als Willkommen Paket dabei. Das Check-Out verlief leider ein wenig anders. Daher als Vorschlag schon bei Ankunft die Check-Out Zeit schon ausmachen. 2. Komfort / Equipment Das Apartment verfügt über einen Balkon, alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte/Utensilien (Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine - Waschpulver muss man aber kaufen-, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Töpfe, usw.) sind vorhanden. Die Toiletten und das Bad waren ganz in Ordnung. Die Möbeln/Einrichtungen sind nicht luxuriös aber guter Qualität. Das Bett war komfortable. 3. Lage Die Lage war ganz gut: Busstop fast vor der Hautür, Station "Marques" 5 min zu Fuß. Von Marques aus ist man max.2 Station vom Zentrum entfernt. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung, die wir gerne wiederholen würden.

가격대비 좋은 숙소입니다. 넓직하고 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다. 자동차 소리가 좀 거슬리지만, 주택가라 조용한 편입니다. 지하철역까지 많이 멀지 않아 교통도 괜찮은 편이고, 주변에 중형 마트가 2개나 있습니다. 관리인도 친절합니다. 다만, 엘리베이터가 없고, 샤워헤드는 교체가 필요해보이고, 세탁기는 있지만 사용할수 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 그것 빼고는 만족합니다.
