Apartment in building of end of the century XVIII classified in the historical zone renovated in 2012. Very well located, in the heart of the city. Close to the famous Magestic Café on Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão market, surrounded by lively bars, traditional shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural spaces. 100 meters from Avenida dos Aliados, 50 meters from the metro station and 30m from the famous S. Bento Station. Contemporary decor.

ON THE NIGHTS OF FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND HOLIDAY VESPERS IT IS POSSIBLE HAVE NOISE FROM A CLUB NEARBY.

Great location! Easy access to sights, restaurants, on/off bus and walk to river front too. Apartment was large. Tomas was delightful to rent from.

Ideally located just a fe...

Ideally located just a few hundred meters from the main Porto center highlights, monuments, shops, restaurants. The flat is very big, quiet and clean and there's quite everything you need. Also Tomás was quick to respond and communicative which was really encouraging and helpful. One remark – the second shower is outside on the balcony. So, may be not very usable in winter.

Huge airy apartment, right in the heart of Baixa

Great apartment! Tomas was a wonderful host and guide. Super responsive and dedicated to our comfort and experience. We loved our 4 nights in Porto and look forward to returning again some day.

Excelente Localização

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, mesmo no centro da cidade, em menos de 5 minutos a pé encontra-se na avenida do aliados. Fomos recebidos pela Andreia, muito simpática e prestável, o Tomás sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e dar dicas. O nosso grupo esteve no apartamento de 29 de Dezembro a 2 de Janeiro, sendo que no dia 30 fomos presenteados com duas garrafas de champanhe e passas para que nada faltasse na passagem de ano . A casa é enorme e está bem equipada, sendo que não faltava nada, apresentava também boas condições de limpeza. Ficámos muito contentes pela escolha, certamente se alguma vez nos deslocarmos ao porto, iremos escolher este apartamento outra vez, visto que a relação preço-qualidade é mais que justa. Na hora do check-out tanto o Tomás como a Andreia foram extremamente flexivéis e atenciosos, visto terem prolongado o check out até as 16h porque só tínhamos comboio as 17h. Obrigada Tomás e Andreia

Appartement idéalement situé sur le plan car près de la gare MAIS .... aucune isolation phonique. 2 des 4 chambres ont le bruit le matin à partir de 6h45 du bar situé en dessous (musique, machine à café, chaises et tables mises en place ). Le week end il y a une discothèque aussi en dessous (on n'a pas voulu tester car nous sommes partis plus tôt que prévu). De +, nous ne savions pas qu 1 salle de bain est accessible par le balcon ; pas top en Novembre.
