"No wash clothes for the shower. Lighting exceptional poor in the bathrooms. Can not shave without good lighting. Shower head is over head. Can not take a shower without washing hair. Not everyone washes their hair daily. Hot water takes for ever to heat up."

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spotless. hotel was spotless. Front desk was awesome. They helped us with directions and things to do. Thank you Melissa. Drinks were outrageously expensive. Bring your own. Rooftop pool was beautiful but was not heated, not even warmed up a little..very cold. Also, on the rooftop with clean air everywhere, smoking was allowed. That to me was unacceptable..."

"Breakfast was good, buffet dinner at night needed more selections. Although understandably it was limited due to occupancy rates. Rooms were good, the bathroom however smelled a bit like a wet mop."

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."

"The hotel rooms have a sewage problem which releases a horrible smell in the rooms through the bathroom drain. The housekeeper covered the drain with the trash can, but that doesn’t help. I booked several rooms in this hotel and all had the same issue. I can’t understand why the rooms I booked were not close by. I’ve never had that happen before. The security is great, the young man who worked the day shift is the best thing the hotel has going for them. The rest of the staff are clueless, I’m sorry to say. The cafe adjoining is actually very good. That staff is wonderful and the coffee was one of the best during my 3 weeks stay in Portugal. However over all the hotel looks good at a glance, but has staff who need training (especially the night crew) and needs to fix the sewage issue. Location is very convenient, but I would never return to this hotel. "

"Room was clean and nice layout with the extra couch/pull out bed. Bathroom recently renovated and room was nice. Would recommend to travellers in the area, especially if want a place near the airport but still comfortable."
