Great Pool, Nice Bar, Excellent Breakfast

The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and we really enjoyed having drinks at the bar. Great pool! Decent location. We will stay there again!

This place was fantastic and treated me and my girlfriend and her son and her babysitter amazingly well in three rooms that were close together and they treated us kindly and had fantastic room service and there is shopping and a medical center right next door and convenient parking and a road that connects everything in the city right in front. I will go there again and I enjoyed everyone that I met

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Pessimo

Iniciando o atendimento completamente frio e sem nenhuma empatia. Até aí tudo bem. Chegando no quarto, as paredes estavam sujas. O piso do banheiro aspecto de sujo. Cama, sem a saia de proteção embaixo. Fora a cama desconfortável. Apenas 2 travesseiros. A fechadura precisava de manutenção. Fios da tv todos aparente. Para um hotel que fala que é 4 estrelas fica atrás até dos mesmo de 2 estrelas. Muito decepcionado.

Neste hotel eu não volto mais!

Apartamento precisando de reformas, inclusive danificando caixa acoplada durante a estadia, não possuia cofre no quarto, hotel em reforma, recepção improvisada em um bar, sem Mensageiro e Manobrista, garagem do hotel é no predio ao lado... quadro de funcionários reduzidíssimo proporcionando demora no atendimento.

O hotel encontra-se em reforma e está extremamente depreciado. Falhas na pintura nas áreas comuns e no quarto, cortina com mofo, banheiros simples com layout antiquado. Atendimento da recepção bom. Hotel vazio, pouquíssimos hóspedes.

Péssima experiência

Tive diversos problemas durante minha estadia, e foram só dois dias, primeiro a tratativa de alguns colaboradores que não é educada, segundo, tivemos problemas com o telefone do hotel, não funcionava, terceiro, nosso ar condicionado parou de funcionar, reclamamos, uma vez no dia que chegamos, não foi resolvido, chegamos tarde da noite, dormimos no calor, no outro dia pela manhã reclamamos novamente e não foi resolvido, mais tarde alguém tentou entrar no quarto sem bater para "abastecer o frigobar" sem nem sequer saber se tinha alguém no quarto, quando levantei para saber o que era reclamei mais uma vez do ar condicionado e o corredor do hotel estava mais fresco do que o quarto, reclamei mais uma vez e novamente não foi resolvido, por fim descemos para dar uma volta não aguentamos mais o calor e encontrei um rapaz na recepção muito solicito que resolveu meu problema e nos trocou de quarto. Outro problema que tivemos foi com o serviço de quarto, pedimos um lanche a noite fiquei mais de 1:40 esperando e não chegou, no final acabamos dormindo com fome, no outro dia pedi duas bebidas e novamente esperamos mais de 40 minutos, como desci pra pegar um lanche que havia pedido por aplicativo, fui até a recepção só para saber se estava tudo certo, e fui respondida com uma bela grosseria de um atendente do bar, muito mal educado por sinal que disse "Se fez o pedido vai chegar, é só esperar", mas como eu ia saber né, se eu pedir um dia antes e não chegou. Mas enfim, foi isso! Bem ruim.
