NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL.

A TV do quarto só funciona em três canais, o controle não funcionava, quarto infestado de baratas, os ocupantes de outros quartos ligavam o som muito alto e não havia nenhum funcionário para interpelá-los, sacos de lixo encostados nas paredes do corredor, foi necessário ir pessoalmente na recepção para reclamar do quarto. Logo depois apareceu um senhor que providenciou a troca do quarto, mas a TV tinha uma tela minúscula e, também, não funcionava todos os canais e algumas baratinhas surgiram no banheiro.

As recepcionistas maravilhosas,todos muito simpáticos os funcionários,porém o hotel em si os quartos com cheiro de mofo,cobertas velhas e com cheiro de mofo não passou o serviço de quarto nem para recolher o lixo,travesseiro muito seco e roupas de cama duvidosa em relação a limpeza e a chave de entrar nos Apt com o chaveiro do quarto muito pesada ruim de manusear.

O Scala é um hotel simples, quase ao lado Mercado Municipal de Porto Alegre. O café da manhã tem itens básicos, mas atende bem. Em relação ao quarto single, a tv é de 14 polegadas, somente com canais abertos; o chuveiro é elétrico, sem box; é uma opção para quem quer custo-benefício, um hotel bem típico daqueles para estadias rápidas; a recepção atendeu bem quando necessário

Péssima limpeza do local, o quarto tinha um cheiro absurdo de cigarro, matei 3 baratas em apenas uma noite, bico de luz estava queimado. Os funcionários muito queridos e educados. Não voltaria.

Portaria fechada. Um absurdo.

Vou querer reembolso se debitar meu cartão. Minha filha chegou à meia noite devido a atrasos em voos e o hotel estava fechado. Teve de sair procurando hotel na madrugada para poder dormir. Um absurdo. Portaria 24 horas, está escrito na reserva. NÃO podiam fechar sem avisar.

Sem frigobar e sem estacionamento grátis

O hotel é razoável, mas no Google dizia que tinha frigobar e estacionamento grátis. Quando cheguei lá além de o quarto não ter frigobar, não possuia estacionamento grátis, ele precisa ser pago separadamente, então era um custo que eu não estava planejando.

O hotel é muito bem localizado no centro histórico, o que é super conveniente. O café da manhã é simples mas super gostoso. O chuveiro é bem fácil de entender e a água quentinha. No entanto a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, tinha coelhos de poeira nos cantos do quarto e mesmo com o clima super frio, tinha muitos mosquitos no quarto. Precisei pedir um novo rolo de papel higiênico, pois não trocaram o que estava vazio. O valor foi bastante em conta, e como eu sabia que ficaria fora o dia todo, valeu a pena pela economia. O wi-fi é muito bom!

Recomendo pelo fato de ser bem localizado.

Gostei, fica no Centro de Porto Alegre e os funcionários são atenciosos. Boa localização; perto de Bancos, comércio, Mercado Central, restaurantes, etc. Para quem viaja a trabalho o ponto é excelente. Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã

Hotel scala

O hotel é bem antigo. Quarto simples, sem muito luxo, porém limpo. O chuveiro não aquecia bem e ar tb esquentava pouco. Atendimento dos funcionários muito. Nos arredores nada funciona a noite, mas a localização em si é boa.
