Fiquei satisfeita com a hospedagem. Tudo foi compatível com as informações e referências do hotel. Localização ótima. Café da manhã muito variável. Apenas o horário do café que inicia às 7h , poderia começar pelo menos às 6:30, pois , tive que sair sem café da manhã em um dia de passeio.

Gostei muito de minha hospedagem, fiquei apenas uma noite, foi tranquilo. Hotel bem aconchegante, apesar de está no centro de Porto Alegre. Só não sabia que tinha que pagar uma taxa de estacionamento, mas tudo bem.

Experiência horrível! Fui a lazer para Porto Alegre, busquei algo no centro onde me dava mais flexibilidade. Chegamos no check-in, recepcionista já informou que estava passando por um problema de água quente, ou seja hotel estava sem água quente, em um dia de chuva e muito frio. Que a água viria apenas a noite. Ok. Larguei minhas coisas no quarto, e fui para o meu compromisso. Chegando do meu compromisso a noite,não existia água quente,sem contar que tinha goteira no teto do banheiro do quarto. O quarto com muito cheiro de mofo. Recepcionista do turno muito simpático trocou nós de quarto,e no quarto novo não tinha água quente. Ou seja, um frio de 10 graus, tomando banho na água gelada. Minha intenção era ficar mais um dia,porém com essa experiência horrível, tivemos que ir para outro hotel.

Uma experiência boa, faltam alguns pequenos detalhes mas o quarto era gigante e dormi muito bem a.noite. Hotel bem no centro, perto de tudo. Eu se fosse o gerente do hotel daria uma atenção especial a: limpeza dos rejuntes do box do banheiro, colocação de despenser junto ao buffet do café (isso evita contaminação pois tem muita gente porca que não limpa as mãos), avisos sobre a senha da internet nos quartos com QR Code, instruções de como ligar o ar condicionado. Eu só acho que gente fresca não devia ficar nesse hotel, cara é cada comentário aqui que pfvr. Café lotado de opções, tinha até um bolo sem glúten. Atendimento com pessoas gentis. Gostei.

O hotel atende as necessidades, mas não oferece mto conforto. Ao tinha secador de cabelo no quarto,mas procuraram solucionar o problema. Está TD aparentemente limpo exceto debaixo da cama. O que me deixou perplexa foi os valores cobrados por alimentos do frigobar e outros.

Deplorável

Infelizmente a experiência foi deplorável. Oque esperávamos ser um dia tranquilo, infelizmente não foi, ao chegar no hotel nos deparamos com uma entrada caótica, rodeada de lixo pela rua e pessoas incovenientes na entrada, na recepção tivemos nossa estadia cobrada novamente, pois segundo recepcionista não estava paga, verificamos após e sim já havíamos pago, ao chegar no quarto, o mesmo não era o que havíamos escolhido e nele não contava nem mesmo com as toalhas de banho, solicitamos a troca de quarto e as toalhas diretamente na recepção, pois não havia interfone no quarto, pediram que aguardássemos no quarto e efetuariam o pedido, isso as 22:50, os mesmos bateram na porta de nosso quarto às 00:30. O ar condicionado não estava em funcionamento também. Na manhã seguinte, ainda sem as toalhas, precisamos tomar banho com as toaljasas de rostos, solicitamos o carro às 8:10, precisávamos dele até as 8:30 e nos foi entregue às 09:10. Vale ressaltar que o atendimento da recepção também foi solicito e adequado diante de tudo isso !
