"This place is so clean and spacious. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets were very soft! It is convenient to everything! We could walk to shops and restaurants. And the view is amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and Wendy it’s a wonderful host."

"Not as nice as some other places we have stayed in OOB, but for the price and closeness to the beach and pier its great. It is right up against the train tracks which wasn’t horrible for us, but could be a significant problem for a light sleeper. "

The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly."

"We had a nice few days here. Our host, Jason, was very responsive when notified about some kitchen items that were needed—he called to clarify and then sent the manager over with the needed items. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommended."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse.
