The two-storey property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people. The highlight of the house is the private outdoor area with a pool (renovated in 2025), an open terrace and a covered terrace. The outdoor area is equipped for sunbathing and shaded dining. A golf course is about 10 minutes away by car. You reach the city of Portimão in about 12 minutes, Alvor beach in 15 minutes, and the spa in Monchique in around 15 minutes. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house and charging electric cars are not permitted.

Vacances au calme

La villa de Mafalda est parfaite pour des vacances au calme loin de l'agitation du bord de mer. La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses, petit bémol sur le lit d'eau qui n'est pas indiqué dans la description. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et la piscine assez grande pour combler les petits et les grands. concernant la vue, elle est sublime avec pour supplément le coucher du soleil tous les soir. Mafalda est une hôte à l'écoute et très disponible. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour des vacances réussie.

Sympathique et accueillant

Propriété avec un jardin splendide et une vue magnifique ; la piscine est vraiment grande mais les les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Mafalda est disponible tout le long du séjour et vous répond rapidement pour tout questions ou problème à résoudre. La maison nécessite quelques remise à niveau sur des petits travaux mais rien de bien grave et sans répercussion sur votre séjour. Il y a un restaurant à une minute à pied de la maison et on y mange très bien et pour un prix qui reste plus que raisonnable (pour notre part, entre 103 et 115€ pour 9 personnes). La maison est extrêmement bien situé, pas de vis à vis et à seulement 12 minutes en voiture de Portimão. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances .

Muito Bom

Casa espaçosa, limpa e arrumada . Os quartos são grandes, o principal tem um colchão desconfortável por ser de água ,a cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários. A vista do jardim é INCRIVEL! Relativamente a localização fica a cerca de 12 minutos de carro do centro de Portimão. A Mafalda é muito simpática e disponibilizou-se sempre a ajudar-nos! :)
