Many good things. It was more than a room - a whole T1 apartment! this was the first nice surprise. Very clean and well equipped, good heating/cooling system, plenty of hot water. But the best thing of all was the quality of the staff. So helpful and friendly,especially Marcus and Lineu at reception.

I love this place ,staff amazing ,the apartments fully fitted with everything you might need ,the pool had a upgrade in march ,gardens ,lovely plenty of shaded areas ,as well as sunny spots round the pool.Reception was up graded in March

Fantastic stay

I’ve stayed before and this place never disappoints. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always willing to help. The property is in a perfect location, 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the supermarket. The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable with lovely balconies. I think officially it’s 3 star but it’s certainly deserving of more.

Overall we enjoyed our stay

Clean apartment. Helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to the beach and town twice a day at set times. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, but it was cleaned every morning and improved a bit over the week. Room was cleaned daily if required. Kitchen was fine but no chopping board or other useful implements such as tin opener etc. The balcony was very narrow which made it difficult for a family of 4 to sit out.

Been here before and really enjoyed it then not so much this time ,its amazing what difference a room makes. Last time double bed top floor quite lovely balcony facing sun great shower .Thus time 2nd floor 2 single beds shower in bath balcony not facing sun and a barking dog all night. Shame.

The good: - close walking distance to the beach - safe and clean The average: - picky on clean shower towels - we were a party of 4, received only 3 large shower towels. Reception didn't want to provide more - small parking lot nearby. Most of the times, you'll have to park on the side streets nearby - only 1 common AC in the common area, no additional AC in the main bedroom - lacking appropriate cutlery such as cutting knife if you want to prepare your own meal - pool area is busy if you want to just chill

Love these apartments ,staff lovely ,apartments spotless ,towels changed daily ,hotel bus to the beach and Portimao, there is also a nearby bus stop that takes you to Alvor ,Supermarkets about 10 mins walk ,taxis are cheap ,this is my third visit here this year ,and l have already booked up to return next year ,Thanks to Dora and her team and to Carlos the bus driver

Sem interruptor de luz de cabecrira.

Simpatia do staff. Apa amplo e bem apetrechado. Só lamento ser muito frio. O AC só estava na sala e não funcionava. O quarto estava um gelo. Não havia interruptor para a luz de cabeceira. Para acender ou apagar tinhas que ir junto à porta, pois só havia 1 único interruptor no quarto.

L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble même si un peu éloigné de la plage ou du centre-ville, le personnel sympathique, le parking gratuit. Ce serait bien d’ajouter une climatisation dans la chambre en plus de celle du salon, des mauvaises odeurs remontent dans la cuisine.

Se trata de un alojamiento con buena conexión por carretera y normalmente, sin muchos problemas para aparcar. Está a casi veinte minutos a pie tanto de la zona Ribeirinha como de Praia da Rocha. El apartamento en sí muy bien, reservamos el de un dormitorio y contaba con una habitación con dos camas y dos buenos sofá cama en el salón. Espacio más que amplio para cuatro personas. Algunos elementos del mobiliario tiene ya su tiempo y necesitan un recambio, pero nada que fastidie la estancia Lo único, dejamos una nota para que nos pusieran una almohada extra y no lo hicieron. Una opción formidable por su relación calidad - precio y como punto de partida para visitar cada día una zona del Algarve.
