  • The SolRio condominium is situated in a quiet location but close to the center of Alvor. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are within walking distance and Pingo Doce supermarket is a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes from the beach on foot, 700m from the riverside of Alvor.
    The beautiful lawned garden and the pool are very nice and ideal for sunbathing and resting.
    Solrio has lift, video intercom and underground parking reserved for each apartment.

    The contemporary apartment consists of an open kitchen equipped in the lounge, 1 dining room, 2 double bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 terraces to rest, enjoy the sun and take meals.
    The kitchen is equipped with everything needed: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
