They never clean the floor in our room. They even left used dirty coffee cup uncleaned. Never replenished coffee pods. or replaced empty water bottles.It seems like they only made the bed and walked out without doing anything else in the rood. Hallway walls and doors are all scratched and left that way they need a new paint job. Staff ignored guests they seemed busy with chores. Only one host in the dining room seemed very welcoming and friendly she showed interest in interacting with guests.

I dont think that the hotel is a 5 star hotel. Its a very good 4 star. Its very remote regarding access to external amenities. There was confusion about the 20 euro food credit which took 4 conversations to obtain, even then the system couldn't produce a receipt for the balance.

Whilst the property is rated at 5 star, it is not a luxurious facility. Rooms and corridors are pretty much due for repainting. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful and the facilities were good although a little basic. For a 6 night stay were only entitled to two large bottles of water in the room on arrival that were not replenished. This is policy at this property. Food was generally good with the buffet representing good value. Ala carte menu is quite limited but sufficient.

Property is nice and in a quiet area which means really far away from anything. Our family had a car, so we made daily trips out of this hotel, the main Highway/Freeway was about 15-20 mins away.

The scenes are brilliant and I'd recommend the hotel for any big racing fan. The staff were very welcoming and the staffs at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Not related to the hotel is the location being situated 'far' from major urban areas with relatively difficult connectivity transport wise. Many Uber riders would refuse to accept a lift and some would offer their own terms if they were to accept a ride.

This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility.

Une parenthèse de calme !

Un très bel hôtel, très calme au milieu des montagnes à proximité d’un circuit de course , des chambres spacieuses avec un balcon. Le personnel, la piscine, le SPA, le petit dej tout parfait. Seul bémol, le restaurant avec buffet n’est pas celui que l’on s’attend dans un 5 étoiles et des équipements étaient hors service pendant notre séjour (billard et douches écossaises dans le SPA) On vous le recommande !

Eccetto una signora molto cortese di nome Silvia alla reception l’intero personale dell’hotel è decisamente poco professionale ed a tratti antipaticorasentando la villania. Immaginate solo, per darvi l’idea, che il soggiorno si paga anticipato all’arrivo come in un motel ad una stella americano. Io vivo viaggiando e spendo circa 200 notti all’anno in hotel. Qui non è solo l’unico 5 stelle che richiede il pagamento ma proprio l’unico hotel che conosca!!!! Inoltre dopo aver prenotato e pernottato ben 3 volte per un totale di circa 15 notti ho avuto un problema di salute ed ho dovuto ritardare il mio check inn di tre giorni. Mi sono premurato di scusarmi e comunicarlo con 2-3 giorni di anticipo per non creare disagio. Risultato: la Dig. Hellen ha ritenuto opportuno farmi pagare l’intero importo sebbene non abbia utilizzato la stanza. Anche questo dettaglio non mi è mai capitato in vita mia. Siccome credo nel karma è giusto che sappiate questo dettaglio ed optiate se scegliere una struttura con questo tipo di educazione, sensibilità ed attenzione per un cliente fedele. Fate voi. Quello che mi basterebbe è che i quasi 400 euro che mi hanno fatto buttare dalla finestra gli costino una cifra superiore.

Modernes Luxushotel mit tollem Spa

Das Hotel liegt neben der Formel 1 Rennstrecke von Portimao 30 km hinter der Küste in einsamer Natur. Wenn hochkarätige Rennen auf der Rennstrecke sind, ist das Hotel unbezahlbar, wenn nichts los ist, bekommt man die Zimmer sehr günstig. Das Restaurant ist gut, die Zimmer nicht ganz so schön, im Spa gibt es ein großes Schwimmbad. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Dass die Gäste in der Regel an den Nebentischen über Dinge wie Reifenmischung und richtigen Bremspunkt reden sollte einem nicht stören.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Schöner wellnessbereich und sehr schöne Aussenanlagen. Ein minus sind die Betten, die Topper waren in meinem Zimmer durch gelegen, was man auch sofort sehen konnte.

Underbart hotell om man gillar racing, vilket jag gör. Det finns inga andra restauranger i närheten men den som finns på hotellet var mycket bra. Promenad på cirka 20-25 minuter till Portimao racingbana. Rent och fint, trevlig personal och utsikt över racingbana från balkongen.

Very nice hotel

Everything is perfect ! Room is specious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillow are also perfect for a good night rest. Restaurant serves great food that we did enjoy during our stay. Will come back next time !
