"The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

The caravans are comfortable and the hot tub adds that special touch after a day of walking around places in North Wales. The restaurant is a must to visit, the food and service are top quality. "Inn is perfectly situated within the walls of Caernarfon Castle, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff are uniformly friendly and welcoming. My room (#34) was in an old building but had been completely modernized inside, including the bathroom. Room was immaculate and had plenty of well-located electrical outlets. Bed and linens were comfortable. Couldn't find a thermostat but HVAC seemed to be centrally controlled. It was nice and cozy by day and cooled down by bedtime; ditto for the heated towel rack. Breakfast was tasty and came quickly, accompanied by a big smile. Cold items were help-yourself and hot foods cooked to order. Dining room breathed history, as did the bar. Dinner was piping hot and tasty. "

"Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. Overall an excellent place to stay"
