"Very convenient location in the heart of the city and just a 2 minute walk from Central Train Station. Modern facility with very clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast buffet option."
"Great location directly across from Brussels Midi station, warm and friendly welcome at check in and again at check out, room was large and clean and the hotel itself had good amenities with coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend! "
"We had a lovely stay! The breakfast was outstanding - especially the potatoes, chia pudding, and huge amount of freshly baked choices! The hotel is big but staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was bigger than it looked in photos and although a great, well connected location it was quiet in the hotel at night. Well maintained and well equipped, nice eco friendly additions. "
"This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options.
The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience
We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay"
