The room smelled musty. The “Kitchen” room was never open. In multiple occasions, there were homeless people hanging directly outside of the hotel entrance door.

Highly recommend taking the Free Hotel tour with William, (12 o’clock daley) he is the concierge and gives a very good tour within the hotel, the hotel waz used by Harland and Wolf to build the Titanic. Highly recommend breakfast, a very good buffet style. (the breakfast staff could do with smiling a little more) but that’s not really a complaint because they were all very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again, in fact we have booked to stay again already
