Peters and suzies Beach House

Peters beach house is a 3 bedroom double storie house with some bay views and the shops pub parks and beach just a short stroll.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa bed,
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds
3rd bedroom has double bed.
lounge room up stairs also has a double sofa bed.note there is no door on this room.
Bed 1 has a large en suite which has a shower two vanities and toilet and walk in wardrobe ,Main bathroom upstairs has a bath shower and twin vanities also a separate toilet upstairs

The kitchen is a modern lovely bright and neat kitchen with all requirements including a microwave oven. seating for 6 plus 6 stools
Down stairs their is also separate shower and separate toilet
Games room consisting of soccer table and air hockey table
Large lounge now have free wifi
with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning /heating
On the balcony there is an outdoor setting for 6
down the side of the house there is room to lock up your boats jet ski etc

The backyard has a BBQ and outdoor setting for 8 making a great relaxing area. BBQ needs to be cleaned after use.

please note .the garage is not available pets are welcome to come. pets ok inside the house .no pets on the beds and sofas.exra charges apply if the linen needs cleaning more than once and damage caused by your pet.

plenty to do in portarlington

Portarlington is on the Bellarine Peninsula with great day trips to the different towns and picnic spots.

Geelong is only approximately 20 minutes away.

You can relax, read a book, enjoy the views, walk along the foreshore in Portarlington. Seaside activites include swimming, fishing and snorkelling around the pier and the wreck of the "Ozone".

You can also visit the nearby historical township of Queenscliff where you can catch a ferry to Sorrento for a day trip or book to swim with the dolphins


Visit the Portarlington Miniature Railway, the Portarlington Historic Mill or take a ride on the Bellarine Peninsula Railway across 16 kms across Victoria's beautiful Bellaring Peninsula.

Oh and don't forget the many wineries which offer wine tastings around Portarlington.

Lovely house for a bigger group

Beautiful house in Portarlington. Walking distance to shops and the water. House is well set up with lots of space and a games room. Great communication from hosts. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

Myself and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter and Suzie's house. We had a group of friends staying so having a range of bed options and 3 bathrooms was a real plus. We were staying for the celtic festival so we appreciated the 5 minute walk into town as well. Peter was great to deal with, very helpful and responsive. The house is maintained well and was very clean. No complaints.

Fab house and location!

We loved our stay and it's perfected located - just 400m to the shops. House was super clean and matched the description and photos. Some mattresses weren't comfortable though - perhaps bring in extra doonas to line it for a more comfortable sleep (doonas are provided but are quite thin for colder nights). Each bedroom has a split system though, which is fab. Great to have extra crockery, pots, etc but note that condiments, tea, etc is not supplied.

The house was perfect for a family get together. Everything was clean and tidy, and owners were awesome with their instructions. Only gripe, could do with some better pillows but will just take our own next time.Will be booking again

Property was exactly as shown on internet , communication and check in was faultless, house was super comfy and so close to shops. Only thing we found that it needed was a larger kitchen table as it only sat 6 otherwise everything was great, it did have breakfast bench stools so that made up for it. will book again

Fabulous

Great location. Walking distance to woolworths , town area, playground and Jetty. Their beds and sofa are comfy and house is spacious. Everyone enjoy the air hockey and football table very much. Fantastic!

Beautiful beach house

Spacious and clean with all the facilities you need for a family holiday. We had a mix of primary school aged kids and adults. The fooze ball and air hockey were big hits. Very impressed with the extras you don't normally get, such as bodywash, hairdryer, shampoo, and a well appointed kitchen. Peter responded quickly to any queries. Location is great and a very easy walk to the shops and the beach.

Lovely property, lovely town.

This property had exactly what we needed for a few days away. Magnificent bathrooms, quality kitchen but located in a lovely seaside town that was the gateway to so many local attractions. The owners provided accurate and timely instructions and we were clear on the reasonable expectations.

Good value

Fantastic location only a short walk to the main street. House was clean, nice kitchen & bathrooms. Was good to be able to take our dog with us. I think the outdoor setting needs replacing & we found the oven tricky to light, I think bedside lamps are a necessity & should be added but these are small things & we would definitely stay again.
