This beautiful house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a large deck overlooking the wetlands and great outdoor space. Three minutes drive to the beach. Perfect for one or two families.
The house has been recently renovated and expanded, is fully furnished and features heating (ducted and gas log fire) and cooling, wifi, barbecue, outdoor furniture and off street parking. Cosy in winter and cool in summer, there are many spaces to enjoy the sun and the shade.
