We had a great stay here. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing was impressive; we were in a busy area but barely heard any outside noise, which made for a really restful sleep.
The hotel and rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping. The location is a major plus—less than a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get to central Lisbon and other attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a short walk.
The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet was awkwardly positioned under the sink, making it uncomfortable to use, and better ventilation is needed, as we noticed some mould.
Overall, a very good stay with just a few areas for improvement.

The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included.

"Everything was excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. The dining room is really gorgeous inside and out. The breakfast in the morning is a great. And the private parking and back was very helpful. All topped off with excellent customer service. We highly recommend."
