"Loved the space & the location. Loved that there were essentially 2 bedrooms (converted living room). It was tricky getting around by car initially as the wifi was not great in the town & many streets are one-way or not for motorists, but walking around was easier. I recommend downloading offline maps to make sure you get there. Owner also provided written directions, which were helpful, but then we lost our way when looking for parking (we had to wait as we arrived there during their lunch break). "

"Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!"

The house is very homely and inviting and has everything you need for a great stay. The host went above and beyond, picking us up with our luggage and even rescuing my phone, when it fell out of my bag. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in Italy. "

"The apartment, just off of the Piazza della Repubblica and right on the edge of the oldest neighborhood of Orvieto, is beautiful and grand. Leonardo is a gracious and responsive host; the entire process of checking in and out was perfectly seamless. Feeling like Italian Nobility was a treat, except with all necessary modern conveniences. We would certainly return again and encourage others to experience this evocative home."
