"The main issue was the room. It felt neglected and not well maintained, which affected overall comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved. Staff interactions were limited, but when needed, support felt minimal and not very proactive. It was mostly the condition of the room and the lack of attentive follow-up that made the stay less than ideal."

"The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud. "

"I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead and booked this resort. The place is amazing – super clean and really well kept. The staff honestly deserve 10 stars; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The restaurants were great too, and the food was delicious. We stayed for a week, and every day there was something new on the menu. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend it!"
