Avoid! Definitely not a 5 stars! Pictures online are made up. Rooms were old, mouldy bathrooms, dirty bed linen. The buffet was disgusting with cheap products and some recycled for next meals!!!!

J'ai dû payer un supplément car il n'y avait que des suites disponibles. Au final, l'état de la suite est déplorable. Malgré la compétences et gentillesse des personnes présentes au spa, il faut absolument revoir la qualité des installations. Assiette de fruits était tout sauf fraîche, saletés sous le lit, poussière sur certains meubles, la 2eme télé ne fonctionnait pas, l'odeur dans la salle de bain n'était pas agréable,... Très déçus

I have been at this “resort” before in 2012 and it was way different, this time around the place is almost unrecognizable, unquantified, unexperienced and stressed out lobby staff, skeleton crew during peak season, rooms are dirty and outdated. I can go on and on about the broken locks, locked safe, clogged sinks, broken fridge, it was the worst experience I have had in years!!! The place still have potential but it will need a whole new management and staff. It is probably a two star hotel at best but I do not recommend this place at this time even to an enemy!!! I was about to leave after 24 hours, but I just did not want to upset my wife or my mother doing so. Stay away!! You are better off at a 2 star place. I usually do not give bad reviews but I found it necessary this time because I would not want to see someone paying top money for a worthless place.

Mauvaise odeur et climatiseur en pannedans les chamnres communicantes. Changement de chambres: vue sur les toits de lacuisine et restaurant donc odeur dela.cuisine. le climatiseur est très bruillon. Les draps ne sont pas donnés que sur demande. Cerise sur le gâteau, les gens ne sont pas.traités de la même manière. On a pas le droit de se baigner dans une piscine en bourkini alors on peut le faire dansla piscine centrale. Les règles ne sont pas claires et n'est affiché pour l'interdir. Tout est officieu. Bref, un mauvais souvenir de vacances. Afficher pour interdir oui, interdir pour les uns et pas pour les autres non. Beaucoup de choses à améliorer dans ce très beau hôtel: l'honnêteté, la sincérité et des règles affichées et applicables à tout le monde.e monde change et il semble qu'il préfère le retour des touristes que cette nouvelle clientèle d origine arabo musulmane.

Bonne adresse pour un séjour en famille

Un séjour en famille agréable, personnel à l'écoute, les chambres étaient bien entretenues ainsi que l'hôtel en général. Bonne nourriture avec un choix suffisamment varié et pas l'impression que l'hôtel était complet, étant donné les différentes piscines et la grande plage privée et aménagée.

Our stay was overall average except for the last interaction with the security guard called Hassen at the front door who was really impolite and unnecessarily agressive when we were leaving the hotel. He just ruined my day. It's a shame that the hotel has many really nice employees and at the same time some truly horrible elements. Overall I don't recommend this hotel and I will not go back to it.
