"Probably the nicest and most idyllic place we’ve ever stayed, this was an exceptionally well kept and peaceful location to stay in the Douro. Telmo was so kind and helpful before and during our stay, as were all the staff. We had an excellent tour and tasting, and we decided to eat in both minus (a good decision). Can’t recommend highly enough."

"this property was very "Porto" I think, authentic experience. In the heart of the Foz district, walkable to the beach, coffee shops and resturants, and busses. Only drawback is the noise from the streets and local bars."
