Screen shot everthing to not end up like me - even through I had screen captures which I shared with J W Rosseau staff. I am beyond disappointed with what has happened and have reached out to TICO the Ontario Travel Regulator and filed a compliant, Thank you,"

"newly renovated, excellent friendly staff, very clean. Only minor complaint - do not get a room close to the elevators the walls are thin and you can hear the microwave from other rooms and people talking as they wait for the elevator. I would have preferred an end of hall room for that reason."

Inn at the Falls

"This is a sweet inn located on the river in Bracebridge...the "on the Falls" is a little misleading in that you cannot see falls - but you can hear them! The room was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and provided a coffee maker for our morning. The continental breakfast was lovely, located in what was likely the parlour of the original house. We stayed in the Mews, which is a set of motel like rooms tucked into the side of the hill below the Inn. It requires stairs to get to it and, as a result of it's location, the Mews smells a little musty - not a deal breaker but noted because of allergies."
