"Bed was broken (springs were sticking out. ) The lot and building is heavily overgrown My room specifically was dirty, bed had stains, counters had globs of stickyness. Tub didnt drain. The walls and floors were atrocious. Stains, scuffs, and damages. "

"The room was clean, comfortable beds. the hot tub was open from 7:00 a.m. which gave us time to go into the hot tub before we checked out which was great. we were visiting during cold season so the pool was a little cold. we didn't go in. the staff was great. they gave us free pizza from the little gift shop bought post cards which were reasonably affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel. it was nice and convenient. might stay there again if we come up into the New Orleans area"

"Room was dirty, receptionist was rude"

"I found like 10 bic lighters hidden in pillows and towels. In the bathroom I found a crack pipe tucked inside the folded towels. The she were very stained and looked dirty. The area seemed very dark and suspicious."

"Parking was good. A/C good. The bath faucet was loose and I was unable to use the tub. I could use the shower only. The hotel property needs maintenance "

"Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are."

"Clean room. Extremely friendly staff, they even recommended restaurants close by for dining. Parking was easy and we always got a great spot close to the door. "
