The hotel door deadbolt wouldn't lock unless the door was pulled up and towards the hinges. It was a two person job to be secure in the room. The toilet had hair and piss on the toilet seat. The end of a joint was left in the bathroom where the towel rack was. The shower wall was stained pink in places. The hotel phone wasn't connected. The outside smelled like piss. Nothing was clean On top of that, the toilet wouldn't flush in the evening. We called the front desk and were hung up on twice. When the person finally stayed on the line, they said maintenance wouldn't be there until 9am and offered no solution. I told them that we needed a working toilet and was informed that they would call us back. I waited 20 minutes before I called the front desk AGAIN. The line rang but the front desk didn't answer. We called several more times before we trudged down to the front desk to figure out why the phone wasn't being answered. The front desk person was outside talking on their cell phone. We let them know that we were from the room that didn't have a working toilet and finally they said that they would come down with the plunger. It took them 10 minutes to walk all of 50 meters to the room. They then proceeded to splash toilet water everywhere in the bathroom and around it, which meant that some of our items were hit with the toilet water. The best part? Right after the guy left, THE TOILET STOPPED WORKING AGAIN. We had to get help again in the morning. This is a terrible hotel.

The room was filthy. The roof had a previous leak that was poorly prepared. The bed covers had red and black stains on them. The blankets had burn holes in them. I DID NOT STAY MORE THAN 5 MIN. I GOT A FULL REFUND.

I found like 10 bic lighters hidden in pillows and towels. In the bathroom I found a crack pipe tucked inside the folded towels. The she were very stained and looked dirty. The area seemed very dark and suspicious.

Needed a place to stay on my drive from Texas to ky. But this nasty place was far from relaxing. The mattress was yellow and had dead bed bugs all over it. They honestly must have dragged it in from the dumpster. The toilet seat was yellow. I’m so didgusted. They refused a refund and every hotel in the area was sold out, therefore I bought an mattress and left my luggage in my car. 0 rating terrible, disgusting and shameful is all I can say
