This is a magical place for sure. The house is huge and right on the beach. The property is true to what’s pictured. Lots of rooms with beautiful views from most. Kitchen had all you needed if you chose to cook. While you are directly on the beach, getting there is not as easy as you’d think. If you are young and fairly healthy you’ll have no problem. But if you’re older or have health issues it can be quite strenuous. You walk out on the 2nd floor deck and there’s a boardwalk. Not a big deal, but there are two holes towards the end of it so be careful. From there you go over a little sand dune, down some stairs that are kind of covered with sand so again be careful. From there you descend down a fairly large dune. Not too bad going out, but coming back and having to go up the dune was rough especially when toting your beach gear. I don’t mention this to be a negative. Only to make future renters aware so they can take this into consideration if they aren’t in the greatest shape. Once on the beach you kind of forget about the walk there and back because it is breathtaking. For the most part we were alone all week in our little area. To the left facing the gulf we hardly saw anyone all week. To the right there is an RV park and some condos so it did get quite busy there. But we were never crowded. Overall this place was amazing. There were some small issues along the way but the host responded appropriately. A few things need some TLC but we absolutely loved our stay!
