Five stars because I can't go to the beach and not have a five-star experience. It is a nice, newer property with great views and a nice little pool. Plenty of space for several families. The beach isn't busy. There seem to be more truck and golf cart traffic on Indian Pass beach than in years past, which had me looking over my shoulder more than normal to keep an eye on my kids. My only turn off is that the wifi was down and they weren't able to fix it all week, and there is terrible cell service at the house, which would have been a real problem if I needed to work at all while I was there. The elevator was not working either. Interesting because the house next door is the exact same build (we stayed there last year) and the elevator was not working at that house last year or again this year (the neighbors mentioned it). I would not rely on working elevators if you stay at either property. My only other ding is that the Cape & Coast staff had an email snafu where they copied me on an internal email where they were not being very respectful about me asking about the wifi problem. And it never got fixed. On the whole, though, a great family vacation, but I would want to know about the wifi and elevator situation if I were coming again (especially with older guests, which we had in our party), which is why I mention them here.
