Halfway between Nantes and the coast (20km from Nantes and 25km from Pornic), renovated old farm building, near a wine and agricultural farm and a small pond (fishing possible). Enclosed wooded garden of 750 m² with terrace. Ping-pong, bowling green, swing, sandpit and 2 adult bicycles available (deposit 200€). Ground floor: living room, living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed and 90x190 bed), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with private shower room (1: 160x200 bed + 90x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and separate toilet. Additional equipment: wifi, stereo, freezer, air conditioning (from May 2022). Included: sheets (beds made), towels. Not included: electric heating, electricity, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€90).
