"We had a great stay. We weren’t sure by the first look at the property, but it turned out the rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was helpful, the pool kid-friendly and the location is great: a short walk to the beach and the pier; the beach is a great spot to see the rocket launches! And the property is a short convenient drive from the NASA KSC. Restaurants within a walking distance."

"This hotel staff is terrible,When I checked in they took a $50 hold,I called to see why I haven't received my $50 hold and it's been 10days already the secretary there today at 12:45 April 7th tells me that it could take up to 15 to 30 days to receive it I said no way she transfer me to a hotel across the street and the lady there tells me she shouldn't have transferred me there to ask to speak to a manager, that lady was upset and put me on hold to call the lady to tell her she had no rights to transfer me to them,then I call back to the hotel she tells me you can't speak to a manager because she's not allowed to give the manager cell phone number,and that the manager was in a meeting,she refused to let me speak to someone higher up,Please someone tell me how am I suppose to get my money back,I'm very upset about this,I have never heard of not being able to speak to a manager and then she hangs up in my face,I call back she tells me she's waiting for the manager to call her when she told me he was in a meeting and he stepped out the meeting to speak to her and that I had to wait for him to give me a call,This is absolutely crazy because I never stayed at a hotel and after 3 to 7 days you would have your refund,I would never ever stay there again,the hotel had a very bad smell and when I went and took a shower the tub was stopped up and it began to fill up fast as I kept slipping trying to get out of there,I goes downstairs to report it,then I walk to the store come back and "

"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."
