"The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. Fantastic beach and live music at the Tiki Hut. We will definitely stay again. "

"We recently enjoyed a kid-free anniversary getaway at the Omni Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The adult-only pool was serene and relaxing, and having direct access to the beach made it easy to soak up the sun and unwind. We especially loved the cozy fire pits in the evenings and the variety of bars and restaurants on-site—each one offered great service and delicious options.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed somewhere where they still open the door for you—it’s those small gestures that make a big difference. This was our first visit to Hilton Head, and thanks to our wonderful experience at the Omni, we’re already dreaming of coming back with our kids next time.
