"We are from Colorado and were extremely pleased with the accommodations when we arrived after a long drive from my brothers place in North Carolina. It was very very clean and provided everything imaginable to help make our weekend stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect for us being first time to experience Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future."

"This location is breathtaking! It easily housed 8 adults and 10 kids with ample space. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it had all the necessary amenities. We never ran out of towels, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for our large group. We even got to enjoy the provided beach chairs. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept. I'd definitely come back here without hesitation!"

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. "Very comfortable home in fantastic location. Beautiful outdoor area with ocean views from almost every room. Very well stocked home and all the beach towels and chairs were a nice touch! The pool area was awesome! The owners were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely return to this house again. The short and private path to the quiet beach was icing on the cake! We hated to leave!"

"Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage.
