We enjoyed our stay here. The master king bed was comfy and just what I needed after a long drive. The younger adults enjoyed the neighborhood menagerie. The place had plenty of room with all that we needed to be comfortable. Close to the town, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful area.
House was clean and comfortable. Temperature was great. Beds were comfortable. Outside was not as nice as the inside but adequate

Comfortable
We were surprised that it was in a trailer park. There was a lot of noise from dogs barking and roosters crowing. The good part was that each of us had our own room and the living room was a nice place to hang out.

Adequate for a short stay, but has a few flaws
The Good- The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The unit had a Keurig, and our party had brought loose coffee and filters to have enough for our party of 6 so the property manager brought us over a traditional brew coffee pot. The unit was a convenient location. Close to grocery stores, dining, and MCRD Parris Island for our new Marine's graduation. The unit was stocked with several items to make quick meals easy, including a crockpot.
The not so good- The unit is located in a former trailer park. Most units are short term rentals, but the overall aesthetic wasn't exactly what we expected. Several makeshift items corralling animals were just past the end of the trailer. The unit had some soft spots in the floor, mainly down the hallway. Not bad enough to think the floor would break, but soft enough you noticed it. The master bathroom has no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. This was a big issue for us, especially when sleeping and the other person needed to use the bathroom. The trailer next door is the only unit with long term resident, and several dogs were frequently on the back porch and started quite the ruckus most of the times we were in and out of the unit. The garbage truck came to empty the dumpster on Wed (our only day we weren't up and about super early) around 5:30 in the morning, the backup beeper was not a welcome sound! I realize this one can't be helped, but just an FYI.
This was our 2nd stay at this property so there we no surprises. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for a larger family. It has everything you need and is close to Beaufort.
This property met all the needs of my family perfectly. The inside of the trailer was remodeled and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed. It Accommodated 8 people for a good price.
Wake to chickens and roosters close by. Nice clean property. Convenient to MCRD.

The neighborhood was awful
The mobile home was nice. However, there were roaches. There were chickens, raccoons, a rooster, peacock, cats and dogs to name a few. The smell was horrible. The property owner was extremely nice but I was disappointed at the run down park. I was looking at somebody’s nasty back porch that was full of junk. The trailer was nice

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS PROPERTY, RUN! Misrepresentation/communication: address was bait-n-Switch (BOOKED. 100 County Shed Rd, ACTUAL ADDRESS. 15 Green acres )
The owner drove by three times and waved but didn’t present himself until we got in the cars to leave.
Cleanliness: foul odour throughout the house. greasy floors
Property Conditions / Area Around the Property: Sketchy neighbours in the back of the house next door are going back and forth through the marshes. From the main road where you would turn on to Country Shed Rd. was scratchy.
RED-FLAGS:
1. Three neighbours did not know of that address
2. The property owner claimed Expedia keeps putting the wrong address.
3. The property owner did not approach “the females” until we were ready to leave also sidestepped me to speak to the females in the other vehicle.
4. Property owner. Claim everyone was on vacation, and there was no other place for us to go.
Ultimately, there were too many RED-FLAGS to leave three female adults and two female children by themselves for any amount of time at this location. Conclusion: From now on, I will read the reviews before booking. Pictures nowadays are not Worth 1000 words. This was classic bait and switch. IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS PROPERTY, RUN!
This was our first stay here but would definitely come back! The host was amazing, was on site when we arrived and very friendly. They make sure you have what you need! House is beautiful on the inside. We had a big group but there was no issue for us staying here. Would recommend and be back if we are back in the area!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. Daniel was there when we arrived to show us around and make sure we had everything needed. It was close to Beaufort, Hilton Head, and Savannah. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.
Clean, well kept mobile home - definitely recommend
We needed a place to that was close to Parris Island for graduation to accommodate 6+ family. This property was perfect. Beautiful inside. Host was onsite at arrival, very friendly and accommodating. Area is a work in progress. Don’t judge the book by the cover. Would recommend 100 times over. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
We needed a space for housing family for a reunion in Beaufort.
The space was perfect. It was clean. It was convenient. The host was very accommodating. When we arrived he was already on the property to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. There was an item we wanted and he immediately went out an purchased it for us. The key to VRBO success is SERVICE. Our host will be successful.
