The Bungalow has been in our family for 4 generations - the focus is on making this home feel like grandma's house - a soft spot to land when traveling for business, trade school or continuing education. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and small appliances to create your own home cooked meals. The screened in lanai provides outdoor dining while keeping cool and enjoying the breeze. Each bedroom provides dressers and closets so you can unpack and stash your suitcases out of the way. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood - 9 miles to DAB, 5 miles to Daytona Beach and 2 miles to the riverwalk with local restaurants and amenities. Close to - Daytona State, Embry-Riddle and numerous electrical, solar, aeronautics and aviation training centers.
