Ocean Oasis lives up to its name as the perfect oceanfront oasis for your next vacation. This home sits directly on the ocean along one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County, in quiet, residential Port Orange. Need extra space for your group? Step through the front door and into paradise! Classic beach décor runs throughout the home. The oceanfront family room, with a smart TV, leads into an oceanfront dining room with warm finishes and seating for 8 at one table. From the dining room, step into the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, complete with thoughtful touches like a Keurig, dishwasher and toaster oven. Off the kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook for 4 overlooks the family room and offers oceanfront views. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan lets the whole group gather and enjoy time together.

The main house has 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a twin trundle bed, a mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The two guest bedrooms each have an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and shower bench. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, and the second guest bedroom has two queen beds and a TV.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! The spacious covered deck greets you with outdoor dining furniture, and when tummies start to growl, the propane grill makes al fresco oceanfront dining easy. Beyond the covered area, a paved sundeck offers outdoor lounge chairs where you can soak up some rays while listening to the waves. Private beach access steps take you right down to the sand, and a convenient outdoor shower on the back deck makes rinsing off easy.

This home also includes a full mother-in-law suite above the garage. Please note that the suite is reached by a small flight of stairs, shown in the photos. At the top of the stairs, a private balcony lets you soak up the sun. Inside, a bright, modern living room offers a smart TV and a futon sofa that can be used as additional sleeping space. The suite has its own full kitchen, fully stocked for all your cooking needs, including a Keurig and hot water kettle. The bedroom features a king bed, a twin bed, a laundry closet and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Grandparents have been known to seek refuge in this peaceful retreat! Between the main house and the mother-in-law suite, Ocean Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests.

Please note there is one exterior security camera by the front door. This camera faces outward only and is strictly for security purposes when the home isn't occupied.

This home allows a maximum of 3 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, with a 2-car garage available for guest use and a small driveway. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
