NEW Amazing Sunshine-Up 6 Guests-Private Backyard

  • Private Jacuzzi! Location, location, location! Located 3 miles to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 5 minute drive from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

    This Gorgeous Renovated House has 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom - One bd with Queen Bed, One bd with two Twin beds and a Sofa Bed on the living room. Up To 6 people comfortably!
    Private fully fenced backyard with Barbecue area!
    Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.
    Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart Tv on all Bedrooms and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
    Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of Port Orange.

    You, the Guest, will have access to all spaces during your visit. The entire home is yours to enjoy! Pet fee is $75.

    *** No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300
    - Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight.
    - No Parties, please.
    - Grill available for use at extra cost ($50 cleaning per stay) GLP guest responsibility.
    - Hot Tub available for use at extra cost ($15 daily) I need to know at least 48 hours before arrival in order to fill and heat.

The property is clean, cozy and bright. The fenced in back yard was a comfortable place to relax with the hot tub. It was a nice place for me to stay with my grandkids and would definitely stay again.

The host’s communication was great! We had a couple small things to reach out about and he responded promptly to help every time! The house had nice amenities as well. The fenced yard was great for our dog’s to run around and play during our stay.

Host interaction was great. Amenities were ok. Having to pay for hot tub & to bring your own propane tank & to pay to clean grill was excessive in my opinion. Towels and paper products were limited. Queen bed was very stiff and not comfortable. But overall the place was clean & had fun bright decor. Price was right for what was advertised.
