Cozy and spacious house centrally located for your convenience for visiting the World's most famous beach 3miles away, Daytona Beach Speedway 7miles, plenty of great restaurants, Mainstreet 7miles. Pet friendly and trailer parking available upon request. If your up for an adventure take a one hour daytrip to Disneyworld, Volcano Bay water park or head north to Marineland and swim with the dolphins! Staying local there a places for kayaks, jet ski, boat rentals, mini golf . Into fishing or dolphins? Head down to Ponce Inlet ( 7miles away ) and do the dolphin tour or hop on a fishing charter. Plenty of places to eat on the water and enjoy the sunsets. All a must do and you won't be disappointed!

The property:
Single story house with full kitchen and laundry room. TVs in each room. Little backyard patio with gas grill. Trailer parking available, about 80ft of space plus driveway. I do provide a few items to get the renters started, 2 rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and small laundry detergents. There is no soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner provided in showers.
***** The house is located next to a cabinet shop, this is our family business.

Perfect stay!

It was our annual getaway and this was the perfect place to stay. We were mere minutes from everywhere we needed to go The house is roomy, comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. We will definitely be looking to stay here next year!

NASCAR bound

We were in town for the Daytona 500, excellent location, 7 miles and not a lot of traffic from this direction. Very close to the beach also. Clean, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. If you are in the area this is an excellent location

Neighborhood feel

Older home, but completely remodeled. Easy check-in. Well equipped. Neighborhood is fairly quiet, despite the business next door. The only thing of note is that the primary door to the patio is off the master, but a lovely place to sit. Feels like Florida. Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed walks in nearby Sugar Mill Gardens, a real bonus. The house was comfortable and clean. The business next door didn't impact our experience at all. We have a few minor suggestions for improvements in the kitchen and 3rd bedroom, but overall, we were happy with the accommodations.

Great hideaway!

It was perfect

We were attending an event near by and this was perfect for easy access. The house was as described, beds comfy and the outdoor space was perfect. Ashley was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Great House!

We enjoyed our stay in Port Orange. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but still convenient to everything you could need. The house is beside a small business, but we never heard anything. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. There’s also a great laundry room. My only suggestion is to stock the bathrooms with more washcloths. There are plenty of towels and even a hair dryer. We have purchased a house in the area and will definitely keep this rental in mind for our guests.

Best experience ever!!!

Beautiful home. Me and 9 guest stayed at the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and house was cozy. The grill is brand new and worked great. They also have a washer and dryer which was a Hugh plus because when we left everything was cleaned. The drive to the beach was only about 4 min and there is multiple restaurants near by. The host was very quick to respond and helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be booking again soon.

Well stocked and good layout

Property was well stocked and the layout worked well. Entry area for beach gear, master suite with bathroom, and was convenient to have one of the other rooms with a larger bed and one of the other rooms with 2 beds. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The location does sit right next to some kind of commercial cabinet fabrication shop. It would be nice to have a privacy fence between the two, however, it wasn't an issue over the weekend. Circle drive with essentially two street entrances plus a side parking space made meeting another family and having two cars convenient.

Amazing

We had an excellent stay at Ashley’s place! Place was very clean and she did a great job at welcoming us. She even knew I had littles ones with me and had left games, coloring books, etc out. We would definitely stay here again if ever returning. Place was much better than I could have imagined.
