Location, location, location! Located 1 mile to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 15 minute walk from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!
This Gorgeous House has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms - Two with Queen Beds and One with two Twin beds. Up To 6 people comfortably!
Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart 55" HDTV includes 50+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of Port Orange
You, the Guest, will have access to all spaces during your visit. The entire home is yours to enjoy! Pet fee is $75.
*** No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300
-Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight.
