"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Booked this place for an overnight layover both ways because of the airport shuttle, but the 7am shuttle to the airport was full both times and there is only a shuttle once on the hour!! That was very frustrating, if I had known that I would have paid more for another hotel. The airport pick up itself was not very smooth, front desk doesn’t properly explain where to wait and the wait was long. Place was kind of nasty and not that well maintained, I would never stay here again and layover in Houston quite frequently. The photos are deceiving. I would have cancelled my night on the way home, but it was non refundable."

"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."

"Unless you are actually looking for a place close to the airport to save yourself some time, I would not recommend staying here. You can hear the planes passing by every time they fly over. During the day it’s a frequent noise disturbance since the walls are so thin. Also, the layout of the room was very weird. There is a sink with the toilet in one part of the room and then a separate area for the shower and another sink in the room.The doors on both areas are sliding and do nothing to help muffle sounds when you go to the bathroom. So if you are sharing the room, be aware that everyone in the room can hear everything. The TV is in an awkward spot to watch because of the bathroom area layout. We also noticed that the usb plugs on the alarm clock and the lamps stopped working when the light switch in the room was flipped off. So, we couldn’t charge our electronics unless the lights were on. The breakfast layout was not as abundant as it usually is at other hotels. Also, did not have waffles which was super disappointing to my son."

"The shuttle came quickly once I called to inform the front desk that I had arrived. The driver, Steve, was very professional, courteous and helpful. He loaded and unloaded my bags and helped me to my room. The room itself was nice and clean. My checkout was quick and the shuttle was waiting for those of us for departure. That return trip to the airport was quick and the driver very friendly and helpful as well. All I all, it was a great experience. "
