ABOUT THE SPACE
Welcome to Watonga Coastal Retreat, a spacious family-friendly beach house in Lighthouse Beach, Port Macquarie.

Designed for relaxed coastal holidays, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups, with an outdoor swimming pool, indoor sauna, covered outdoor entertaining area, multiple living spaces and room to unwind after a day at the beach.

Lighthouse Beach is just 250m away, with a children's playground only 200m from the property. Local cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops are all just around the corner, with Tacking Point Lighthouse and its whale and dolphin viewing platform about 1 km away. Binoculars are provided for guests to enjoy whale and dolphin watching.

The home includes air-conditioning in the dining area, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 4, pedestal fans in all other bedrooms, fast 500 Mbps FTTP fibre WiFi, a Smart TV in the downstairs lounge, a smart projector in the upstairs living space, table tennis, electronic darts and board games for family fun.

Small dogs may be considered, subject to the pet rules. Please read the pet details before booking.

THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious family kitchen and dining area with air conditioning, along with a comfortable lounge featuring a Smart TV. There is also a dedicated office with an electric sit-stand desk, a full bathroom and a separate lavatory.

Upstairs features the main bedroom with ensuite, three additional bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a second living space with a Koala sofa bed and a smart projector, providing an additional area to relax and unwind.

Step outside to the fully covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with two large outdoor dining tables and a comfortable lounge setting, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Guests also have access to the swimming pool, Webber BBQ, sauna, table tennis and electronic darts, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing stay.

SAUNA
The sauna is available for guest use. Please follow our guidelines.

Before entering: Please shower before using the sauna to help keep it clean and to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Swimwear must be worn at all times while in the sauna.

While using the sauna: Please sit on a towel to prevent sweat from coming into direct contact with the benches. Food, glass items, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the sauna. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

POOL
The pool is available for your use. Please note: the pool is NOT heated.

PET FRIENDLY - SMALL DOGS ONLY - PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED
We allow small dogs on request, just chat to us. Please inform us about your dog breed and age, as courtesy to the property owner. Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Pets not allowed on beds and lounge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation of being a responsible pet owner. Sorry no cats. We have many pet-friendly beaches and bush walking trails accessible on foot from the beach house.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

Standard check-out time: 11am
You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
