Second time round was just as wonderful
This was our second stay for our whole family including our 2 large dogs. The house and garden is spacious, clean and comfortable. Lee has included all the amenities we needed to make our 5 nights very pleasant and enjoyable.

Great stay - hope to be back
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large and well equipped. Located in a quiet residential street that suited us perfectly. Loved that the property is dog friendly. Great access to coastal walk and dog friendly beach not far away. Great communication with owner. Thank you and we would definitely book again if coming to Port Macquarie.

Lee is so wonderful to communicate with , the property is in the best area of Port Macquarie.We really enjoy walking our dogs down to Nobbys dog friendly beach every morning and grabbing a coffee at Flynn’s on the way back.Have already booked for next year!

We have a lovely stay here. The house is an easy walk to the beach, yet in a quiet location. The house has plenty of living spaces and a good cook’s kitchen. Recommended.

Perfect place to relax
This house just feels so homely the minute you walk in. The location is perfect for a nice walk with great views along the coastal track to beaches, cafes and the town. The yard is fully fenced and safe for children and pets. Our two dogs loved the deck and yard with plenty of room to run around and nice areas to rest in sun and shade. The hosts have provided everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable and they made the checkin and departure process easy. The home was so clean and lawns emaculate. We hope to return again soon.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at Windmill. The accomodation has everything you will need to get across with line for a stay including some basics like oils, salt pepper and spices for cooking. The location has a pleasant coastal walk into hub of Port Macquarie. Communication with Lee was prompt and we greatly appreciated the luxury of having our fur child accompany us and a later check out on request. I would definitely stay at Windmill again.. Many thanks to Lee and Tracey for providing this affordable accomodation in a sort after area.

Port Macquarie Ticks All Boxes
If you are looking for great beaches, relaxed living, good weather and fantastic walks, Port Macquarie is for you and Lees place is perfect to do it in. So close to everything you need, Lee has covered all bases with a magnificent property to stay in. Thank you. Even needed a one night stay in hospital and they couldn't have been nicer either.

The stay was excellent with owner sharing local knowldge. The house was comfortable and great for people and pups. A short walk to Flynne Beach via the coastal walk, and short drive to town centre and to other beaches.

Great for short stay in Port Macquarie
This was a great choice for a midway break on our way down the coast. Worked well for the four of us plus our dog. Spacious and clean with lovely deck and garden that we sadly didn’t have time to enjoy. Excellent location near the beautiful coastal walk. Just a note that if the second toilet and shower are important to your stay that they are located under the house.

A place for you and your fur babies!
This was a great place to stay. I was travelling with my cat to Brisbane from Canberra. I know most people have their dogs but my cat felt quite at "home" within 24 hours. He loved sleeping in his cat bed on the floor in the lounge room with the sun streaming in through the windows in the morning. Place was very clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and location was central but quiet. I would definitely come back and stay here even if I didn't have any fur babies with me.

Wonderful home stay.
We had a fabulous stay and well earned break from all of COVID. Communication over the past few months with Lee was fantastic. Very quick response to our questions and where possible our requests responded to. Location great for getting around. Fur babies enjoyed their stay and running around in the back yard and the beach. Treat this home like your home because it has all the little extras I brought with us but didn't need to. We will be staying again. Highly recommended and hope we can get in when we stay again. A lovely home to stay in. Such a quiet street, yet right near the beach. Fantastic back yard for our dog to trot around in. Large covered deck was enjoyed immensely. The owners were very approachable, especially as COVID 19 restrictions were forever changing before our intended stay. A really relaxing stay!

quiet and spacious property
We enjoyed the property. it was clean and spacious for our family. The house overall is fantastic and very well presented. Only 2 things that I'd like to mention as a suggestion is that the ceiling in the dining area and the bathroom possibly need some refurbishment (just a suggestion), but these items are not a show stopper.
