The Space:

Smada Stay is a spacious waterfront home designed for relaxed coastal living and entertaining.



Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups.



Enjoy open plan living with high ceilings, marina views, a fully equipped kitchen and seamless access to the outdoor entertaining area and private pontoon.



The upstairs loft-style retreat and waterfront master bedroom create the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring Port Lincoln.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor living areas, outdoor entertaining spaces and the private waterfront pontoon.



Enjoy full use of the kitchen, laundry and onsite parking during your stay.



The two car Garage is not for guest use.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there may occasionally be a pleasure craft moored at the private pontoon during your stay. For guest safety, we kindly ask that guests do not board, access or climb onto the vessel at any time.



If you are travelling with your own boat and would like to request use of the pontoon during your stay, please reach out prior to booking or arrival to discuss availability and suitability.
